Zeugar was formed in 2019 by ex-IIM, NIT alumni with the aim of providing Sweets & Confectionaries with Zero added Sugar for Diabetics and Fitness conscious. Our range of products include Chocolates, Cakes, Pastries, Cookies, Indian Sweets, Beverages and Ice creams. The company was launched in Kochi in Aug’20, is now expanded to Trivandrum, Coimbatore, Trichur and Calicut. Zeugar plans to expand across South India by end of 2021. Zeugar is well funded and has eminent Industry veterans in advisory roles.
Designation 1 : Junior Chef –Outlet Operation
Location : Kochi/ Kozhikode/ Trivandrum / Trichur
Remuneration : 10K during training (3 Months) – 10 K to 15 K based on performance and confirmation
Job Description
- Day to day running of the Outlet
- Preparation of cakes and confectionery products
- Reporting to HQ at Kochi on day to day operation
Qualifications
- Diploma/Similar in any culinary
- Freshers/ 1-2 years experienced - with an aptitude in baking and Confectioneries cooking.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, excel etc)
- Smart and basic selling
- Ability to read, write and converse in English and Malayalam
